Blog Slacker

Ok, Ok, Ok..I know..I have been a total blog slacker! We have been so busy having visitors and moving into our new house..there just isn't enough hours in a day.
So a little what we have been up to...

Moving..obviously! Thanks so much to Aaron's family and our friend Corey for all your help with us moving..we would have never of made it on our own! We pretty much have our house put together. At least the main area anyway. We still have decorating in the bedrooms to do and figure out what we are going to do with our loft. The biggest challenge has been the boys' room...my Dad swears it is going to fall off the back of the house into the pond behind us due to all their stuff! Did I mention how spoiled they are? Geez..you know it's bad when you go to Toys R Us and can't find a single thing to buy your 2 year old for his birthday but pick stuff out anyway because you have to get him something. Then you are kicking yourself later for picking out a noisy helicopter that drives you CRAZY! But I am proud to say that I took a TON of toys to the Goodwill..just not enough, I'm sure we will be making another trip there soon!

Visitors..first, Aaron's Mom came to stay during the weekend we moved which was so nice. We mostly put her to work entertaining the kids and they all loved every minute of it! Thanks so much Grandma Snyder for all your help..we love and miss you lots. Then, the day she left, my parents came from Denver. They walked into a house that was a complete disaster with boxes and furniture everywhere and left a house that actually looked and felt like a home. They moved boxes, took dressers upstairs, hung pictures on the walls and played with the kids. I think we wore them out..I still hope they enjoyed their "vacation" even though they worked so hard. Thanks PaPa and Gramma for all your help..we couldn't have done it without you and we appreciate everything you did to help us..we love and miss you lots too! The day my parents left, my cute cousin Cari came from Denver and my friend Christy came from St. Louis. As I blogged before, we had tons of fun with the girls and my boys love them to death. Cari is still here visiting us until the 12th of August. She decided she wanted to stay longer, which is fine with us, we LOVE having her! It's going to be a sad day when she has to go home..my boys can't get enough of her!

Tanner is still doing swim lessons, hopefully he will be done by next week. He is doing awesome swimming, he is just a little drama king during lessons and cries for his "mama". I know you are all thinking "oh, poor little guy", but no really..it's pathetic. I will post video..I just hope one day he makes lots of money with all those acting skills! Kaden will be starting all day kindergarten on August 18th. I'm not sure I am ready for him to go to school, how did he grow up so fast? I'm sure he will be fine, but will I?

Other than that, we have just had lots of fun playing this summer....going to the beach, Universal Orlando, the pool and hanging out with friends. I don't want summer to end, but I am ready for Florida "winter" weather.

One more thing, I put a link below for a blog friend of mine (it's the CHEER FOR HEATHER link.) Her name is Heather Snyder..no relation, but our last name is what brought us together. Heather is battling Stage 4 Melanoma cancer, she is 30 years old with 2 sweet children. Please fell free to visit her blog and leave her words of encouragement as she fights this nasty battle.

I can't blog without posting pics, so here are a few from over the last week or so.

I can't believe how big your boys are! They are so darn cute! You guys look like you have a blast. Our house gets really crazy at times. I don't know what we'll do with another boy! I tell Tami and Shane that they need to have another one since our family is on a run of boys! I will keep up on your blog if you don't mind. Good luck with your new house!
